The hotel was nice little, we strongly recommend. Everything was great at this property, incredibly nice staff. The setting of hotel was particularly good and perfect, close to 2 famous temples. What's more, it was so close to central area, which less than 20mins walk to the great golden pagoda, and shopping malls.

the setting was excellent, not far from downtown and elsewhere and bus station/ airport. furthermore, to bus stop for bus 36 to aung mingalar bus station. the room was good value for money and fashionable with view, we stayed in all day. the room had coffee and a kettle plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

Absolutely perfect location - within a walking distance of everywhere we needed. We had coffee, facilities to make tea and fast working WiFi in the a twin room.

One of the worst aspects of our stay was the lack of variety in the breakfast menu. The options were limited and became repetitive after a few days.

I had a comfortable stay at Crystal Palace Hotel. The staff were lovely and accommodating. They even helped me change to a quieter room when the noise from the main road bothered me. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the TV channels were a plus. The hotel also provided free washing machine and dryer services, as well as cool and filtered water to refill my bottles. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

This place had a great location, just 15 km away from the international airport and it served as a perfect base for exploring the city with hotpot valley being just 300 meters away.
